A little off the beaten path, next to a recycling center. Been here a few times and everything was great. Chili dog, garlic fries, Italian dog, Italian sausage and lemonade. Will absolutely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.

We booked Passarelli’s for our backyard event, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Gytano was so easy to work with in terms of communication, managing expectations and professionalism. The morning of our event, my family commented how calm I was. I said it was because Passarelli was taking care of the food. We had close to 80 guests and the Passarelli crew fed them for 2 hours and topped it off with zeppoles. I only received rave reviews about the food. Some of comments were: This guy didn’t skimp on nothing - he loaded up those sandwiches; that sweet sausage was THE BEST; the chicken was so flavorful; he uses semolina bread; he cooks the onions and peppers right here; the lemonade was amazing; he kept the line moving. After the Passarelli crew cleaned up and left, we didn’t even know they were there. They left our pavers as they found them. If you are hosting an event, do yourself a favor and hire them for the quality and peace of mind. If you are ever invited to an event where the Passarellis are providing the food, accept that invitation! Trust me!

Ribeye steak sandwich was phenomenal! Real steak, the peppers/onions were chard to perfection and the semolina Italian bread used . Only critique would be maybe a little more cheese, but other than that it was perfect.

I was done recycling at Monmouth County HHW site and decided to see what was in the area. A cool little place to take 10minutes to breath.

A true hidden gem in the most unlikely location ! A food truck without wheels is the design here, and the food is incredible. Family-run, everything is fresh and delicious.I have sampled most things on the menu, their fried chicken sandwich is absolutely BANGIN` ! Good music, too....Highly recommended.

We just found this great food truck without wheels last week and have to go back again. They have the best Italian Hot dogs with potatoes, onions and peppers. As good as North Jersey. Can't wait to go back for more hot dogs and to try some others sandwiches too.
